2. Services Provided

Critter Cowboys Wildlife LLC provides wildlife control and pest management services, including but not limited to:

  • Wildlife removal (e.g., raccoons, squirrels, bats, rodents)
  • Exclusion and repair services
  • Pest control treatments
  • Property inspections and preventative services

All services are subject to availability, property conditions, and applicable regulations.

3. No Guarantee of Complete Elimination

Wildlife and pest control involves variables beyond our control. While we use professional, industry-standard methods, we do not guarantee complete or permanent elimination of pests or wildlife. Re-entry or reinfestation may occur due to environmental conditions, neighboring properties, or structural factors.

4. Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection.
  • Additional issues discovered during service may result in revised pricing.
  • Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Deposits may be required for larger jobs (e.g., exclusion work or repairs).
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property
  • Disclose known pest or wildlife issues
  • Follow all pre-service and post-service instructions

Failure to comply may reduce effectiveness and void any guarantees or warranties.

8. Wildlife Laws and Compliance

Critter Cowboys Wildlife LLC operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local wildlife regulations in Georgia. Certain wildlife species may be protected, and services will be conducted accordingly.

9. Property Conditions and Risk Acknowledgment

  • Wildlife activity may cause hidden damage (e.g., insulation, wiring, ductwork).
  • The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions discovered during service.
  • Accessing attics, crawlspaces, or roofs may carry inherent risks, which the customer acknowledges.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Recurring infestations
  • Odors from deceased animals not located or accessible
  • Damage not caused by negligence

11. Warranties and Service Guarantees

  • Any guarantees must be provided in writing.
  • Guarantees may require ongoing maintenance or follow-up services.
  • Guarantees may be void if recommended repairs or instructions are not followed.
